The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center in Enid tells the extraordinary story of the settlement of Northwest Oklahoma and brings early pioneer living to life through a full schedule of living history events.
I took my son to this last night. We had a blast. Inside the museum there was a lot of different Christmas themed crafts to make ranging from candy cane raindears to pine cone owls. After you are done with those crafts, Santa is ready to take pictures. Outside there was more crafts including making a tin ornament and decorating an orange. There was caroling inside the church and hot apple cider by the camp fire outside. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be enjoying this again next year.
